Surface Design can embed just about anything in concrete. You can choose the color, size and density of your embedments. You can even provide us with unique and personal items. We will advise you on whether an item can be safely and attractively embedded in concrete.We grind the concrete to make it smooth. This process exposes and grinds the embedded material. Glass, rocks and metal are smoothed, polished and made flush with the concrete surface.

Edge Designs
What edges are available?
For concrete, edging may be cast or milled. Therefore, edge choices depend on the availability of appropriate trim moulding or availability of diamond router bits. For example, Surface Design can do beveled, cove, eased and full bullnose--other custom edges may be available. Edging may be placed on top or bottom of the countertop.
